    Admission Policy Guidelines

    Learner Code-of-Conduct

Gravitas Education @ Ruimte Sentrum Learning Centre subscribes to a written Code-of-Conduct and Rules that govern the behaviour and conduct of the learners at the community-based Learning Centre.

Both the parent and the child who choose to make use of the Learning Centre’s services must agree to abide by the Code-of-Conduct and Rules of the Learning Centre. The parents and the child’s agreement to conform to the behaviours set out in the Rules and Code-of-Conduct, are confirmed by signing the Application Form document.

    Three Strike Policy

Gravitas Education @ Ruimte Sentrum Learning Centre aims to ensure a safe and secure learning environment for all the children that attend the community-based Learning Centre. We understand that many parents choose our Learning Centre because of this reason and that their child may have been traumatised while attending another school.

For this reason, we apply the Three (3) Strike policy, which means that a child that is found to be misbehaving and contravening the Code-of-Conduct and Rules of the Learning Centre will be reprimanded and their parents informed. But, on the third time that such a misbehaving child is caught committing a misdemeanour they will be expelled from the Learning Centre without any refund of fees.
